Dear An-Cheng Shiau,

As you may know, the next World Congress of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering will be held in Toronto, Canada, June 7th to 12th of 2015. We are contacting you to request your assistance in helping us promote this event. 

Over the next 18 months, email communications promoting the World Congress will be sent to international members of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering societies. As the national organization of your country/region, we would ask that you promote the World Congress to your members by forwarding the emails and/or promoting the event in your printed newsletters. These emails will provide information on Congress news and developments, important dates, call for abstracts, travel and lodging, and any other reminders that would be useful to people interested in attending the World Congress in Toronto. 

We would also ask that you add a link to the World Congress website (www.wc2015.org) along with our conference logo, which is attached to this email. If possible, we would be grateful if you could place the logo on the opening page of your society webpage. As well, please follow developments of the World Congress on Twitter (@IUPESMWC2015) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/groups/647314698659044/). 

At your earliest opportunity, please respond to this email or contact IUPESM2015@icsevents.comto confirm your assistance with promoting the 2015 World Congress of Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics to your members. As we would like to start our email communications within the next month, we would appreciate your response by Wednesday, February 12, 2014.
