“A new generation of the Delta4 Phantom+: Delta4+MR; Development, Acceptance and Clinical Results”

First the physics challenges for performing QA in a magnetic field will be presented. By knowing the challenges, the several phases of development of the Delta4 Phantom+ MR we together went throught with Scandidos will be shown;

The results of the acceptance testing of the Delat4+MR will be presented, where will be shown that the Delta4 Phantom+ MR is useable on an MRILinac as well as on a standard linear accelerator.

After the acceptance results the process of creating a QA-plan on Monaco TPS for MRLinac, with all benefits and pitfalls, will be presented.

An overview of our clinical results will show that the treatment plans so far analysed with Delta4 Phantom+ MR do meet all the requirements set.

The last topic will handle the pros and cons of the different QA phantoms for MRLinac, where conclusion will be that the Delta4 Phantom+ MR is the QA phantom for all (MRI)Linacs up to 15 Tesla
